Venture CommunityPilot
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 21, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between Viremont Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and each person or organization that installs, configures, accesses, or uses Venture CommunityPilot (the “Bot” or “Service”).
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must satisfy Discord’s minimum-age requirements and have authority to accept these Terms for any server you manage.
2. The Service
Venture CommunityPilot provides Discord community tools that may include automatic Twitch and Kick LIVE alerts; YouTube LIVE and new video alerts; timed, manually initiated TikTok LIVE alerts; tracked creator and Twitch Stream Team features; configurable announcements; Live Roles; private support tickets; stream-end actions; and related administrative commands. Features may change as the Service develops.
3. Free access and voluntary support
The Service is currently offered without a premium feature tier. Optional tips or donations help cover hosting and development but are not required to use the Bot and do not guarantee special access, uptime, features, or support. Contributions made through Ko-fi are also subject to Ko-fi’s applicable terms and policies.
4. Server administrators
Administrators who install or configure the Bot are responsible for:
- having permission to add and configure applications in the server;
- choosing appropriate channels, roles, templates, filters, tracked creators, platform alert types, and manual alert durations;
- ensuring that configured announcements and mentions comply with server rules and applicable law;
- maintaining appropriate Discord role hierarchy and bot permissions; and
- informing server members about the Bot where required.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use or attempt to use the Service to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- violate Discord’s, Twitch’s, Kick’s, YouTube’s, TikTok’s, or another platform’s terms or policies;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or expose private information about others;
- send spam, malicious links, abusive mass mentions, or deceptive announcements;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security controls of the Service; or
- use stolen credentials, bot tokens, or accounts.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including Discord, Twitch, Kick, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Railway, and Ko-fi. Their services, terms, policies, outages, API changes, and enforcement decisions are outside our control. Venture CommunityPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or TikTok.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to operate the Bot reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention, or that every platform status check, upload check, or Discord announcement will be immediate or error-free.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service by removing the Bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, platforms, or third parties; respond to legal or platform requirements; or address a violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viremont Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
