Venture CommunityPilot

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

This Policy explains how Viremont Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you install or use Venture CommunityPilot (the “Bot” or “Service”).

1. Information we process

Depending on the features enabled by a server administrator, the Bot may process and store:

  • Discord server IDs and related channel and role IDs;
  • Discord user IDs when an administrator deliberately links a member to a Twitch channel for features such as Live Roles or Stream Team membership;
  • Discord ticket creator, channel, category, staff-role, and status identifiers needed to provide private support-ticket features;
  • Twitch usernames and Team names, Kick usernames, YouTube channel identifiers, TikTok handles, and public stream or video information needed to create configured announcements;
  • Bot configuration, including tracked creators, alert channels, alert types, templates, filters, colors, role settings, manual alert expiry, and stream-end preferences;
  • Identifiers for recent streams, videos, and bot-created announcement messages, timestamps, and status counters used to prevent duplicates and manage alert lifecycles; and
  • Limited technical logs and error information used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

The Bot does not routinely collect the contents of ordinary Discord conversations. It may store text that a server administrator deliberately submits as a configuration value, such as an alert template or filter keyword.

2. How we use information

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide requested bot features and remember server settings;
  • check public Twitch, Kick, and YouTube status or upload information and send configured announcements;
  • send and expire administrator-requested TikTok LIVE announcements;
  • create and manage private Discord support-ticket channels;
  • assign or remove configured Discord roles;
  • prevent duplicate alerts and perform configured stream-end actions;
  • respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
  • maintain the reliability, integrity, and security of the Service.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by or disclosed to:

  • Discord, as necessary for the Bot to receive interactions and provide features within servers;
  • Twitch, when the Bot requests public channel, stream, or team information;
  • Kick, when the Bot requests public creator or livestream information;
  • Google/YouTube, when the Bot requests public channel, livestream, or video information;
  • TikTok, when a user follows a configured TikTok creator link; TikTok LIVE announcements are initiated manually by a server manager rather than through automated TikTok monitoring;
  • Railway, our infrastructure and hosting provider;
  • Ko-fi, if you voluntarily visit our Ko-fi page or make a contribution; Ko-fi processes payments under its own policies, and we do not receive full payment-card details; and
  • authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our Terms.

4. Retention

Server settings are generally retained while they are needed to provide the configured features. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer necessary, when the Service stops operating, when Discord requires deletion, or when a valid deletion request is received, subject to limited retention required by law, security, or dispute resolution. Hosting logs may be retained for a limited period determined by our infrastructure provider.

5. Your choices and data deletion

Server administrators can remove tracked channels, disable features, change stored settings, or remove the Bot. To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with a Discord server or user ID, email viremontmoogle@gmail.com.

Include the relevant Discord server ID and, when applicable, user ID. Do not send passwords, bot tokens, or other secrets. We may ask for reasonable verification that you control the relevant server or account before fulfilling a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate protections for such processing.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users must satisfy Discord’s minimum-age requirements and any higher minimum age that applies in their country.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be announced through appropriate Service channels.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Viremont Ventures at viremontmoogle@gmail.com.
